A Tenant BBQ Tradition

Introducing the Cora GRID to the Community

Cora GRID Launch Event

To celebrate the opening of the Cora GRID suites, we hosted an open house featuring artwork from the KW Society of Artists, creating a dynamic space where local creativity met local business.

Hosting Community Events Across Our Properties

Accelerator Centre Tech Connect Mixer - Cora Event Spaces

Our buildings once again served as a platform for collaboration and innovation. This year we were proud to host:

  • & more!

These events brought together leaders, thinkers, and innovators across the region — further strengthening Waterloo’s business and tech community.

Making an Impact Through Giving

  • Food Drive: Collected over 200 pounds of food
  • Volunteer Meal Packaging: Helped prepare 1,760 meals
  • Monetary Contribution to Meal Programs: Helped create 20,000 meals
  • Annual Toy Drive: Matched and collected a total of 400+ toys for children in the KW region
  • Cheque Toy Donation: Matched to a total donation of $10,000

These outcomes highlight what’s possible when a community comes together with purpose.
