Celebrating Community at Our 2025 Tenant Appreciation BBQ

Cora Tenant Appreciation BBQ

This year’s Tenant Appreciation BBQ was a day to remember! On September 10, 2025, about 400 tenants, partners, and friends came together at our green space at 375 Hagey Blvd in the David Johnston Research + Technology Park to celebrate community, connection, and end of summer fun.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, music, and plenty of great food. Our COO, Adrian Conrad, took his place at the grill, serving up BBQ burgers with a smile – an annual tradition that always makes the event extra special. Alongside the burgers, guests enjoyed classic BBQ favorites like chips, fresh cookies, and ice-cold drinks.

The atmosphere came alive with music, friendly conversations, and outdoor games. From giant Jenga to bean bag toss, there was no shortage of opportunities for tenants to unwind and connect with one another.

The Tenant Appreciation BBQ is one of our favorite traditions at The Cora Group because it’s about more than just food – it’s about celebrating the people who bring life to our buildings every single day.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us this year and helped make it such a success. Thank you for being part of our community. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
