How It Works
- Submit a Referral
Know a business searching for office space? Send us their contact details by email (make sure you have permission to share their info first!). - We’ll Reach Out
Our leasing team will connect with the referral, answer their questions, and guide them through the tour and leasing process. - Get Rewarded
If your referral signs a lease for any office space in one of our Cora buildings, you’ll receive a $500 Visa Gift Card as a thank-you—delivered by Purolator or in person within 30 days of the lease signing.
Important Notes
- The referral must be submitted before the company has any recorded contact with our leasing team.
- Only one reward is issued per leased business (first come, first rewarded).
- Applies to new leases only—not renewals or expansions.
- Referrals remain valid for 6 months from the date of submission unless otherwise approved.
