Addressing the Daycare Shortage
Finding reliable childcare can be a significant challenge for many working parents, often leading to stress due to long waitlists and limited availability. This new facility will provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow, offering relief to their parents as they work nearby.
According to a recent article, a lack of licensed childcare spaces has intensified the daycare shortage in the Waterloo Region. At least 9,200 children are on the waiting list, making new facilities like ours even more essential.
Priority Access for Our Tenants
One of the standout features of this new daycare is that tenants of all buildings within the R+T Park managed by The Cora Group will receive priority access to enrollment. This allows parents to focus on their professional responsibilities with peace of mind. By integrating childcare services within our office space, we aim to foster a more family-friendly work environment that supports the work-life balance of our tenants.
